Hello

Do exist any English or British national teams? Does England have any basketball league? I had never seen English basketball team in action.Volleyball -the same

If someone knows something about English basketball - please answer.

Basketball is really popular in some UK cities!in Sheffield it`s quite big!I like basketball, it`s by far the best US sport!

Alot of people play it but it's not something that most people would go to watch.

It was huge at the start of the 1990s like Ice Hockey compared to what it is now. You'd struggle to get a ticket for some games but it wore off for some unknown reason. Quite afew teams disappeared altogether due to financial reasons. If it had been given the correct backing at the time, if wouldn't have failed to be an unknown league as it is now.

You know the Spanish Basketball league is very strong indeed. Such teams as Barcelona , Real madrid are almost as strong as their football's sections.In Greece rules Panthinaikos , . European basketball is strong indeed.

basketaball is all about tactics. Another game that I like very much is an american football. I used to play AmF

I used to do a lot of sports: soccer ,basketball,ice-hockey ,AmF. Soccer is very good to build endurance , basketball improves your coordination ,ice-hockey -endurance, skills,courage, ,American Football -use your brain and survive the game!!!

NBA is great , also Nhl , NFL. In Europe we have to watch F*&*@### football champion's league. I hate champion's league , I prefer to watch national competition such as premiership ,serie A ,.primera division

We don't have sports clubs like that in this country, each club plays only one sport. Maybe if the likes of Man Utd, Arsenal and Liverpool connected themselves to basketball teams it would be more popular.

Basketball in the UK is a bit like football in USA. It's played in nearly every school and played widely for fun but rarely taken any further to a professional level.

We are pretty good at Ice Hockey aswell, I don't know about handball though.
