Добър проект наистина. Поне не можем да се оплачем че нямаме качетсвени проекти. Жалко само, че са толкова ниски. Само си представете Бенчмарка, Елипса и това, ама по 100 метра.

Една пета от площта на сградата е отделена за бутици и ресторанти, които ще бъдат разположени на първия етаж. Останалите 16 етажа, или 80 на сто от площта на комплекса, е предвидена за офиси.

Плановете на „Каза Шик” са комплексът да бъде изграден за 28 месеца и да бъде официално открит в началото на 2011 г.

Управляващи на регистрираното в София Каза Шик АД са Георги Лалов, Марио Фумагали и Хермес Фраре, сочи справка в Апис.

Ето къде точно се намира

И нека всеки който има възможност да снима строежа да го направи, всички ще сме му много благодарни. Аз вчера минах от там и вече са стигнали до 7-8 етаж. Общо взето почнаха я да я строят доста бързо.

Nice project, but to be honest, the vicinity isn't the best. Could please someone tell me what is planned for the plot defined by the yellow line?

Cristii, the vicinity is very nice, full of new office and residential developments, as most of them are already completed. The area is nice for that buiding. I try to find a pictures posted in this forum of this area, but I couldn't find them.

О,значи това е iградата от cs-a.

Много интересен дизайн. Колко сгради се направиха по бул.България и доста са хубави.
А падналия кран много ли е навредил.Вече сложиха ли нов?

Yeap, I agree. Even though it's not in the centre it has great location, near two major road arteries - bul. Bulgaria and the Circular road. As a matter of facts I think that this place is better than the Bussiness park in Mladost in terms of access, despite the fact that there will be metro station near the bussiness park
