Tower: Ongoing on 30th floor
Garden Villas: Finished as of March 27, 2012

PROGRAM 2 (Spraycrete Works)

Tower: Ongoing on 19th floor-24th floor
Garden Villas: Ongoing on 3rd floor-6th floor

PROGRAM 3 (Wet Works)

Tower: Ongoing on 3rd floor-24th floor
Garden Villas: Ongoing on Ground floor-8th floor

PROGRAM 4 (EXGA Works)

Tower: Ongoing on 3rd floor-18th floor

What's a better buy? Edades or The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street assuming both will have the same completion dates?

I've heard from a source that the buildings at Colgate Palmolive designed by Carlos Ott will be sold at 50 Million Pesos. I wonder if this, The Suites or Shangri-La at the Fort will be the most luxurious residential building in the country.

From the information we currently have I think Discovery Primea will be the most luxurious.
