Seattle Summers Are The Absolute Best

The Air Show at Seafair is a must see every year.
Thousands converge into Seattle's Mount Baker neighborhood for the show.

Great aviation shots! I really love your shots of the new denny regrade. Thanks for showcasing our new blooming skyline in that area!

Regrade? I think you mean Denny Triangle. The "Regrade" technically extends to Denny Park, but it's really a synonym for Belltown.

pwright, at your old house, some motherfuc*er parked on the sidewalk. Grrrr.

Great shots. I particularly like the shots you took at Boeing Field. That red prewar WACO UPF-7 biplane is a classic.

EDIT: NC39738 was built in 1942 and used as a civilian trainer during WWII.

Just brilliant! And people say that Seattle is always cold and rainy. You've certainly proved that wrong.

I haven't been to a better place in the summer than Seattle. 70s and 80s, some 90s, and almost always cloudless skies.

Great pics. Although I haven't been there yet, Seattle is one of my favorite cities in the US.

I'm sorry your excitement for visiting Seattle in December is enhanced from a photo tour taken in July, the hottest one on record even. Last December my car was snowed in for a couple weeks. That's also an extreme I know, but Seattle in July and Seattle in December are completely different places lol.
