Finally! This building took a really long time, can't wait to see the hideous bare concrete covered up.

its much taller to Shreepati arcade. And yes, I agree shreepati arcade requires proper maintenance. It's amenities are not being utilized at it's best.
It's a good building. let's hope the commercial complex at the podium level is sold out to the right brands to make a mark on this tower.
