Happy Birthday SSC India - 10th August
 Happy 5th Anniversary to SSC India Forums! It was on August 10, 2004 that we got our own Indian section due to the hard work of Suncity, Jai, Hindustani, Kshatriya, Theguy and many more! SSCi has come a long way since then. We're now a community of 250+ regular members. For n00bs, this is how SSCIndia used to look like back in the day -  The Cityscapes subforum expanded into 3 subforums  We expanded our forums on April 19 2008 from 6 subforums to a whopping 28 of them. Patiala pegs of your favorite drinks are on the house (Sun and Sudheesh agreed to foot the bill  ).Cheers!  PS: SSCIndia's first anniversary celebration thread -> Clicky |

Congrats SSC-India!
 It has evolved a lot from being one among a whole herd of links to a fully fledged sub-forum. We are all proud of it. Its been nearly 5 years since I first stumbled upon SSC while searching for some Trivandrum apartments. I just remembered the name Suncity and the next time I searched Google for 'suncity' and reached somewhere else.  I became a registered member a couple of years back and SSC has been quiet an addiction; part of my life to be honest. Im grateful to all the members and moderators who've worked really hard to keep this place chic. So HAPPY B'DAY SSC-I

I have joined SSC in the year, Dec 2006, and i got the link while i was searching for some calicut photos, i was astonished to see some of those here, during those days calicut pictures were a rarity in the net, the first name i noticed in ssc India was offcourse of sudeeshnairs, those days, i thought that he was a proffesional photographer, later came to know what really he is, when i came to know him personally...and offcourse the next was suncity...the allrounder.....and i would like to thank all my fellow forumers especially scorpiogenious and india101 [ made calicut international ] and all my calicut forumers who has always encouraged me..... Congratulations to all SSC India members. I remember back in 2005 when I joined there were only 4 sections in SSCi. Usually there used to be lots of bickering with the forumers from neighboring countries in City vs City section. Things have changed a lot since them. I seriously miss Magestorm who used to post really fabulous pictures and was the envy of our friendly neighborhood members.

Though i have been a member of this forum for more than 4 yrs now, i hardly have any posts/pics/info to contribute. But no matter what, i do read all the posts on SSC-I almost daily.
Congrats once again on the birthday and a big thanks to each and every contributor on this forum who takes time off their busy schedules to collate and share information for all of us. Wishing many many more years of celebrations. Cheers
