Spin-off, Show us your cities Sports Venues
Spin-off from the pro sports stadium thread since only a few cities are really in contention. Pro, college, Motor Speedways, Horse Tracks, whatever.
Completed and under construction only (sorry Birmingham your Dome doesnt count). I wont make it a poll, so just pimp your stadiums and provide a little info about them. For those that want to talk about every city in their state (SRG) try to devote each post to one city. Nashville: LP Field ![]() Home of the NFL Tennessee Titans Capacity of 68,000 Completed in 1998 for $290 million Sommet Center ![]() Home of the NHL Nashville Predators Capacity of 19,000 for basketball, and 17,000 for hockey Completed in 1996 for $144 million Memorial Gymnasium ![]() Vanderbilt Commodores Mens and Womens basketball Current capacity of 14,000, original capacity of 6,500 Originally constructed in 1952 for $1.5 million, has had several renovations along the way to bring it to where it is now.
