Premium economy ...worldwide..is a big product now.

1. Many companies no longer allowcbusiness class travel.
2. Economy is so squashed that some people cannot stand the crush and will pay extra to upgrade to something better...but not business class.

Because first 4 350s of VNA were leased from AerCap so they have to follow AerCap configuration and Manufacturer Branch (Zodiac for 787's business and someone for 350-I forget the name of manufacture ) Maybe VNA want a better Premium economy, so they decided to change config from 3-3-3 on first 350 to 2-3-2 and seats are bigger, more comfort and similar to 787's

I thought the A350-1000 was enough to compete with the 777X.

350-1000 vs 787-10
350-1100 vs 777-8x
350-2000 vs 777-9x

Airbus announced that they will develope the 350-2000 to compete with 777-9 maybe 350-1000 is not big enough to fight 777x

A350-1100, -2000 & -8000 have all been used in the last couple of years to describe the stretch after the -1000. For now it's all the same, when the actual stretch is launched by Airbus it will gets it final designation.

The 350-1k seem took too much time on cabin fitting and attach new engine , i think 787-10 faster, because boeing have 2 factories to make it, maybe airbus should open more factories to produce 350s

You're wrong here. The 787-10 is Boeing's response to the A350-900 with a similar capacity. The Airbus has a clear range advantage, however, and both planes are tailored to somewhat different markets which require different characteristics.
