Consultants: Main Consultant: Atkins (Designer) Main Consultant: TASAMEEM Project Management Co. L.L.C (Project Manager) Project Type: Commercial Building Project Duration: From:Q2 2009 Estimated To: Q2 2012 Estimated Status: Construction Scope:The project calls for construction of IPIC Headquarters, located in Muroor Road, Abu Dhabi. The headquarters is a 35-story tower scaling a height of approximately 185 meters. IPIC will use 25 per cent of the tower, 75 per cent of the tower will be leased. Schedule: Atkins is the designer, while TASAMEEM Project Management Co. L.L.C is the project manager. Commodore Contracting Co. L.L.C. was awarded the main construction contract in May 2009.

We are quoting for some jobs on this project..all we have is a perspective and an autocad drawing, any guys here who has some actual pics of the project before I go there on site?

its located in Al-Muroor street (Abu Dhabi island). its close to Mubadala HQ building. I will try and get progress update on my next visit to that area.

Thanks. This is fairly close to ADIC Headquarters development.
Maybe we will see a few more high-rise building around here in the future. What's that U/C to the south of it? |

the project is well in-progress, I will go today and get some shots. I cant see the picture you are asking about Adam, but I think the one to the south is Dusit Hotel, a huge sleeper project that didnt get enough publicity.
