Well to say the least, it fits in well with the rest of the skyline.

Zoning Site and Caclulations

Has anyone got thier hands on the Drawings listed in the CPC Sept. 19,2007/Calendar No. 15.

Specifically Z-001 Zoning Site and Calculations
Z-004 Building Sections
Z-006 Pedestrian Circulation Space

I'm trying to figure our how they went from a total construction Floor Area of 577,787sf per DOB to 490,311sf per CPC. Interesting stuff huh..

They do look alike from the distance. But this one requires much more work on the details I think. The end result is very subtle though.

Although the cladding looks expensive and nice, I dont like the general design of the building. Perhaps I should see it in person, I will.

Anyway, it respects the classic NY skyscrapers design, so it doesnt looks so strange, and fits properly in the skyline.

this tower would look very good with a strong spire and I think they should add one.

it would look like a mini empire state bldg. i like the idea of new york having many buildings with spires. kind of shows the 'empire state' in reality.

in fact they should add a second, smaller, and similar crown and then put the spire on top of that!

This one is too short for a spire. And it would be redundant with a crown.
