Can anyone with some insight explain why especially in Istanbul they are digging this insanely deep holes. What's the reason for this? As a developer do you have to build that many underground parking spaces or why is that? Look above, they even installed construction elevators to get to the bottom of the hole...!!!

They don't have to build that much park space but I'm sure that half of the residents will have 2 cars, many people reach the mall with cars as long as there is no mass transportation here.

But the car park of the mall can't be paid because of city laws so I also can't get the point of this construction too.

By the way many people in Turkish forum including me don't like the design, it can be more attractive...

Plus nearly every plot in Istanbul has uneven terrain... The main entrances of the buildings in my Street are in general in the 3rd floors....But you can enter the buildings from the backstreet also, the entrance there is on ground floor. In total just 5 strories high. All five visible from one side and just two of them from the other side
