Yes indeed; old 7, 47 floors, I believe around 547'.

And new 7, 55 floors, at 755' (most of the first 11 floors, given to ConEd. sub station.)

And yes, a most fitting replacement for the original, as far as the tallest in the immediate WTC area, (don't quote me on this) I think it's a touch taller than One Liberty, (50 storys) and around the same height as the American Express tower, (the tallest in the World Finacial Center at 50 storys) The only other building that is taller is the Chase Manhatten Bank tower, (60 storys, and just over 800' tall.) but she's about three or four blocks to the east !.
