remember that this pit is actually 2 projects, infinity 3&4 and Ice. Ice is further away in jasonzed shot, and you can see the small red fence seperating the two projects in my shot here;
![]() infinty 3&4 look exactly like infinity 1&2, which are the green glass condo`s in front of the construction site in that picture. |

Infinity 1, 2, 3, & 4 are just awful. This area desperately needs some buildings that aren't glass. There's wonderful height down here, but it's sorely lacking that brick/masonry/stone that gives Toronto that great architectural contrast. I do like ICE though.

many investors grew up in brick apartments, so glass is a nice change.

There's a nice canyon developing on Bremner, but it's severely lacking in character.

no clue... but i do know that a penthouse in toronto recently sold for 20 million dollars. this is probably running in the 4-6 million though, if it hasn't been sold, or has a penthouse like that at all. (could just be a lot of 1500 square feet condos on the top couple of floors that sell in the 1-2 million range)
a little show of what is being built in the area: red means proposed, black means under construction, with the exception of the L tower, as it is being built, and i made a mistake XD ![]() original photo from jazoned Last edited by Innsertnamehere; October 21st, 2011 at 07:08 PM. |
