Wouldn't 7 floors by 54 rooms equal 378 rooms, not 372?

This tower looks very sleek, glad to see its now under construction.
I prefer the front glass-clad side to the back yellow-clad side though.

when is the Estimated time of Completion?
Great Project. Rakeen is one company I put my trust in and after the completion of the currently proposed projects I hope to see more signatures of approval to new construction projects by these guys. I am also in favor of the full glass Cladding rather than having the yellow blocks to fill in the gaps. I wish for a similar modification for the Gare centrale.
