Serendra has a beautiful setting. It takes up a huge chunk of BGC space. Hopefully there will be space left for industrial and office purposes.

That's how big Serendra is ? How many nice skyscrapers of offices or mixed-use development could have been there if it not occupied by Ayala's Serendra which is another residential of low to medium rise community .

Serendra's lot area is only 12 hectares out of the whole BGC , as per their website says , so its less than 10% of the BGC .

I think nobody has not posted this one yet.
Serendra District 1-Section A update: approximately 400 cubic meters of concrete has been poured. EEI has also completed the construction of its temporary facilities and other utilities. Design review of architectural, structural, and other engineering plans are ongoing. Regular coordination meetings for Serendra utilities are held with the Ayala Land Inc. Construction Management Group, DCI, and respective utility companies. Regular coordination meetings are also held with design consultants and EEI. For District 1-Sections B & C, excavation works have been awarded to Makati Development Corporation, having commenced last December 2, 2004. Schematic design of landscaping work has been presented to the ALI Residential Buildings Group.

Wow! that's a good news. I never knew that EEI was the contractor. Hopefully, it will be built the way it was all planned. If im not mistaken EEI is also the contractor of GA Tower.

Yeah thanks edmund. We had not seen a lot of the taller buildings in the Srendra community. Certainly I don't mind a bit more of mix in BGC.
