The International Riviera is set to be a world class 6 star tourist destination in the heart of Europe. Located in Monastir, Tunisia the development will be a fully integrated resort with a diverse range of amenities that will push the boundaries of today's leisure experience. This luxury resort product will place heavy focus on design and architectural ambience providing for a truly uplifting experience for the eventual visitor or resident.


Located on a 15km stretch of virgin beach front, the International Riviera resort will be a jet set paradise that will harbor some of the worlds most famous luxury destinations. Specifically located along the specially designed shoreline we will re-create world famous locations such as Cannes, St Tropez, Venice, Marbella, Portofino, Miami and Las Vegas.

Each Zone will be individually designed to replicate not only the inherent architectural characteristics but also the mood and flavor enjoyed by each of these diverse destinations. These independent villages will be interlinked be a series of lakes and canals which will tastefully interweave throughout the resort providing not only scenic transport but an excellent backdrop for the many of the varied themed residential areas to be created. Amenities will include internationally recognised brand hotels including the traditional 5 star hotels and new luxury Spa hotels with emphasis placed on Boutique and Beach hotels.

An important component of the project will include a new International Gaming resort which will provide for a new gaming destination to rival Las Vegas and Macua.

A strong focus will be placed on the residential side of the project providing a diverse range of accommodation from apartments to luxury multi million dollar beach villas complete with their own beach. We will look to attract not only the up market tourist but also an international residential semi tourist. By adopting an ingenious design concept the resort will be created to allow for year round usage.

The design of the resort will embed the concept of “year round tourism and living”. Aqua parks and general amenities will be designed so that they may be used all year round hence extending the natural tourist cycle of the resort and contributing to its vibrancy. Emphasis will be placed on many indoor and outdoor activities enjoyable with the Tunisian climate. Shopping malls with international brands will create another important focal point to ensure constant influx of visitors.

Gaming

Las Vegas is one of the most exciting and entertaining Cities in the world. It is a truly unique tourist destination and offers a once in a lifetime experience.

The international Riviera will under the careful master planning of one of the worlds most eminent Casino groups offer a resort based gaming experience to rival Las Vegas and Macau. The gaming experience will be set on a new modern standard of " experience" offering a variety of spectacular attractions and resort based family entertainment all on a back drop . Not only does the BW Group plan to replicate the awe inspiring attractions of Las Vegas, but also to recreate the atmosphere that has made Las Vegas one of the entertainment capitals of the world.

Saint Tropez

Saint Tropez is a beautiful, famed destination on the French Riviera, it is surrounded by endless white sandy beaches and known as a yacht charter destination. Saint Tropez is a Mecca for the rich and famous.

Small in size but hugely prestigious and famous the City of Saint Tropez is host year after year to thousands of tourists and fits in with the jet set lifestyle.

The BW Group plans to re create the famous Riviera village, with a picturesque old town boasting winding medieval streets and exclusive shopping boutiques.

Venice

The BW Group will be recreating the precious and architectural works of Venice. The ambience and fair of the City will be captured to become known as a magnetic point for sweethearts, lovers, artists and poets.

The recreation of the famous interlinking canals will give homes to the magnificent Gondolas which are the famous and romantic means for experiencing the City.

Portofino

Portofino is one of the most perfect, photogenic fishing ports in the mediterranean. With its dramatic tree lined cliffs, ocean views and delicious cuisine, Portofino is a famous location for those yearning the sophisticated italian riviera.

The Coast is a sequence of fashionable resorts with their marinas, pastel colored houses, first rate sport facilities and the seductive atmosphere of the Dolce Vita.

The BW Group plan to recreate this paradise for relaxation by replicating its exclusive architectural designs and to bring the mood and flavor of this luxurious port to the International Riviera.

Bora – Bora

The BW Group plans to bring the style and the relaxing atmosphere of Bora Bora to Tunisia.

By recreating a lagoon area; the group will recapture the design and beauty of its namesake. The resport will offer the same over the water villas and relaxing activities of that offered on the original Island of Bora Bora.

A tranquil and relaxing destination for those who enjoy the peace and quite, with beautiful views over the bay.

Cannes

By recreating the luxury destination of Cannes, the BW Group plans to re-capture the attractive and affluent setting of the beautiful location.

Cannes famous for its vast yachts which obscure the view, and the town lives up to its motto “life is a festival”. People watching is an activity that draws the visitors to Cannes, with world famous hotels such as the Carlton and martinez that look over the world famous "plage"

By recreating the French Riviera picturesque city of Cannes, visitors can expect to enjoy the same settings and luxury amenities as they would if visiting the "cote de azure".

Puerto Banus

Puerto Banus is the playground for the rich and famous; famous for its picturesque marina filled with Multi – Million dollar yachts and surrounded by stunning Mountains and Ocean Views.

Puerto Banus is synonymous with wealth, fashion, glamorous parties and the “high life and night life”. The area is lined with designer boutiques and haute cuisine restaurants.

Golfers from all over the world are drawn to Puerto Banus which boasts no less than nine courses, including some of the best clubs in Europe.

The BW Group proposes to replicate the characteristics of this port’s marinas and to also place emphasis on its glorious beaches and world class shopping centres.

Miami Beach

Miami Beach is famous for its pure white Sandy beaches and beautiful clear seas, but beyond the radiant sun, sea and surf resorts, lies Miami beaches rich history as an entertainment and cultural destination.

Miami Beach offers an extensive shopping experience for its tourist with its famous shopping centres located in South Beach.

The BW Group plans to replicate Miami beaches architectural characteristics and bring the cities cultural diversity to Monastir, long with its eccentric entertainment aspects.

The site for the International Riviera is located in Monastir, in the centre of the Tunisian Sahel. The site lies to the south eat of Tunis between the renowned resort destinations of Hammamet and Jerba Island. The site extends along 15km of coastline with a mix of existing ports, small local businesses and numerous un-spoilt beaches.

Tunisia is ideally placed to enjoy a truly international market. Europe and the Middle East is within 3 hours, placing travel into the short haul sector.

The BW Group working with Group RCI in launch of luxury resort city in
Tunisia

Group RCI, a global leader in the provision of services to the leisure real estateindustry and one of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE: WYN),has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with international propertydevelopment company, the BW Group, to provide global owners’ services.Chairman, Bobby Wahi, is set to launch a 60,000property
fivestarresidentialresort close to the historic 9 th century walled city of Monastir in Tunisia.
The development will be known as ‘The International Riviera’ and will comprise
an integrated luxury resort built along a 15kilometre stretch of stunning beach
front. The vision and concept for this new upscale development was entirely that of Wahi himself.
Under the terms of the agreement, The International Riviera project will affiliateto The Registry Collection – an exclusive ‘by invitation only’ luxury global exchange platform for the owners of highend
fractional properties.
The Registry Collection brand was launched seven years ago in the US, entering Europe in 2005, and now has a global portfolio of 130 luxury leisure propertiesand 30,000 members. The Registry Collection is backed by Group RCI’s tourismrelated real estate operations and one example of the benefits to the BW Group will be the provision and support of services to purchasers of the company’s highend fractional ownership water villas.
Jonathan Back, MD Group RCI EMEAI said: “We are delighted to be working with the BW Group and to be able to give our support, through one of our most innovative brands, to what will be one of the most unique and exciting
developments in the world when it is completed. We look forward to working

A staged build, the first phase will complete in 2011 and will comprise 250 two and three bed, highquality apartments built around the Old Port area of Monastir which will be sold as fullydeeded whole ownership properties.
Fifty luxury water villas will also form part of first phase development, to be sold as highend fractional ownership properties on the basis of a 1/8 th six week share of the freehold at a premium price for the developer and attracting the value conscious high net worth buyer. The water villas will be full associates of The Registry Collection.

The multibillion dollar project has attracted a lot of interest from capital
investors, despite the current economic downturn, which is a testament to the unique nature of the project and its location. Mr. Wahi said: “We have seen remarkable interest from a number of international banks, investment funds and other developers, despite investor confidence being at an all time low. These companies are now placing greater focus on emerging markets such as Tunisia, which is ideally situated for such a largescale
luxury development.”

The BW Group design team started to plan the project more than two years ago.Mr. Wahi added: “I wanted to create the perfect paradise within easy reach ofthe European, Russian and Middle Eastern markets. My vision was for a fusion ofthe elegance and styling of European resorts with the 21 st century pioneeringspirit of Dubai. The development will feature a range of integrated villages styled on international hotspots such as Cannes, St Tropez, Marbella, Portofino, Miami and Monaco. The resort will have a diverse range of upscale amenities such as marinas, golf, retail, international brand hotels and luxury spa resorts. A focal point will be the Vegasstyle casinos resort complex offering a gaming centre for international clientele at the heart of Europe.”
On his affiliation with Group RCI, Mr. Wahi said: “RCI is a respected and
recognised global brand offering great opportunities for my purchasers through
its holiday networks. The Registry Collection has quickly become synonymous
with highend luxury projects and given the scale of this development that is a
great connection for us and we have tapped into its expertise and taken advice on our business model. In sales, I will be looking to the British winter sunmarket, the Europeans and the Russians. We have engaged Private Islands
Marketing, which specialises in niche markets.”

The BW Group is set to replicate the concept model in China, where it has
already signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the government to develop a 26kilometre square island in the South China Sea. It is planned to twin thisdevelopment with the International Riviera.

Select Contracts, a leading turnkey solutions and consultancy firm, have been employed by The BW Group to establish a conceptual study and master plan for the “International Riviera”, a fully integrated 6 star luxury tourist destination in the already established destination of Monastir, Tunisia.

The project will include a market study of the area as well as a conceptual master plan, renderings and a 10 year business plan for the development.

At the end of the first phase, the aim will be to identify the various individual elements which will best suit the location from an investment and tourism perspective and to identify potential hotel, resort and casino operators, as well as individual developers for other key residential and commercial elements.

This
prestigious development will push the boundaries of the ordinary leisure experience and provide a newworld-class destination within the heart of Europe and the Middle East.
