Others outside Nairobi and not listed:

Nakumatt Meru- Meru (eastern province)
Nakumatt Nanyuki-Nanyuki (Rift valley province-still U/C)
Nakuru-I think there's one U/C but im not too sure its a mall.
I hear there is one in Bungoma. I will try and check it out.

Btw. Does swan centre in Kisumu qualify as a mall?

Nairobi: You forgot one-Mobil Plaza, Muthaiga.

(2) TAJMALL COMPLEX- this will be the biggest once completed in the middle of next year.

I may be wrong, but I think of all current existing malls westgate is the standard gem in Kenya.

Theres another mall to be built where Fox drive in cinema is located on Thika road (Northgate perhaps?) Though I think Sarit centre still holds the most business and human traffic when compared to Westgate. I think it's still Nairobi's gold standard (But I like Westgate better than Sarit).

as usual man, more info and renders i think this contract is yours though is difficult btw the malls in Mombasa looks like better and sexier than Nairobi ones if you take into account the new ones in Mombasa

the list is not completely exhausted lets expand them by adding the upcoming malls

the eastgate in dornhorm
the courtyard mall
the tajmall in embakai
northgate thika road as kenguy named it
the nyali mall mombasa
coasta marina mall mombasa
new one don't know the name mombasa
the malindi mall

some others are part of the residential projects that are upcoming

There's a new mall in Kakamega. It should be open next month. Anchor store is Nakumatt. It should serve Western province.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT STUDY REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION KIAMBU ROAD SHOPPING MALL ON L.R. 5989/16, KIAMBU ROAD
INVITATION OF PUBLIC COMMENTS
PURSUANT to regulation 21 of Environmental (Impact Assessment and Audit) Regulations, the National Environment Management Authority, (NEMA) has received an environmental impact assessment study report for the implementation of the proposed Construction of Kiambu Road Shopping Mall, on L.R. No. 5989/16, Kiambu Road.
The proposed project intends to construct a shopping mall (Commercial center) that will include a supermarket, coffee and food courts, a banking hall, offices, departmental stores, a theatre, aerobics hall (gymnasium) and Kiambu Road Shopping Mall, on L.R. No. 5989/16, Kiambu Road.
The proposed project intends to construct a shopping mall (commercial center) that will include a supermarket, coffee and food courts, a banking hall, offices, departmental stores, a theatre, aerobics hall (gymnasium) and adequate parking facility for up to 81 cars.
The project anticipates the impacts and mitigation measures set out in the gazette.
The full report of the proposed project is available for inspection during working hours at:
  • Director-General, the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA), Kapiti Road, off Mombasa Road, P.O. Box 67839-00200, Nairobi
  • Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources, N.H.I.F. Community, P.O. Box 30521, Nairobi
  • Provincial Director of Environment, Nairobi Province
  • District Environment Office , Nairobi West District
The National Environment Management Authority invites members of the Public to submit oral or written comments within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Director-General, NEMA, to assist the Authority in the approval process of the project
