guys, ingat kayo sa sa pagkuha ng unit dito sa twin oaks. may kilala akong nagwowork dito sa marketing nila at may issue daw silang malaki ngayon. balak ko rin sana kumuha ng unit dito kasi maganda ang amenities tapos hi-tech lahat ng unit at respetado yung developer at maganda yung location. ang laki na ng tinatayo nila ngayon sa shaw. kaso ngayon daw may mga sumusugod na buyers sa office nila sa mandaluyong kasi daw yung mga agents nila nangpepeke ng pirma. pag hiningi na daw yung copy ng mga contract at reservation form, hindi daw binibigay nung agent, e diba protocol yun? may isang buyer daw na nagwala talaga dun sa office nila kasi nung pinakita daw sa kanya yung forms, halatang halata daw na peke yung pirma dun. e balak daw magbackout yung buyer tapos nagkokolekta lang daw ng mga forms niya dun para magrequest ng kopya. may mga agent daw din sila na basta basta na lang naglilipat ng unit ng buyer na hindi manlang sinasabi dun sa buyer. tapos magugulat na lang yung buyer nasa ibang unit na siya tapos hindi naman sinabihan. parang ang gulo gulo tuloy. sayang ang ganda pa naman nung showroom at website nila. sana naman maayos nila yung mga ganyang issue.

I'm not an agent of Twin Oaks pero baka naman the issue only pertains to the agent. Maybe that agent was so desperate to close an account that he/she faked the client's signature. If the management knows about it then file a case against the Management. But if not and the agent acted alone, then Twin Oaks (TO) is not at fault. Judge TO by its capacity to finance or finish a project, despite them being new to high-rise project development. For sure that particular agent has already been fired.

Loss din nila kapag hindi matino ang agents. nakakatakot naman magbayad tapos wala ka palang condo na binabayaran kasi hindi maayos yung contract.
maiba naman tayo. nagiincrease ba ang contract price ng Twin Oaks? sa ibang condo kasi tumataas ang presyo habang tumataas din ang building. wala pa yatang release tungkol sa tower 2 e mukhang yun na lang ang aabutan ko.

A high-end development next to Soho Central. Do you think this could pull-up the value of your unit? Anyway, Twin Oaks aside, the development of Greenfield District as a whole could increase the value of your unit. They already scheduled the closure of the market in Greenfield District begining January 1, 2012 for a renovation. Cheers!

sinagot mo na rin yung tanong mo sa akin eh.

anyway, tumaas man siguro ang value ng unit ko ay hindi na ako makikinabang kundi yung magmamanang pamangkin ko. binili ko lang naman yung unit para hindi na ako nag ho-hotel pag nagbabakasyon Pinas o umuwi pa ng Bulacan pag ginagabi sa Manila. kaya ang hiling ko lang ay sana ma maintain yung building at hindi mag mukhang tenement.

akala ko talaga ayaw mo na akong pansinin eh, dahil hindi ka nag PM sa aking request.

bilisan mo naman paglilinis ng inbox mo para matawagan na kita.
