How many active construction developments can you see from your home?
From your home window, how many developments can you see that are presently under construction?
I live in St. Lawrence and from my solarium, I can see the following construction projects. - X Tower - Maple Leaf Square - Success Tower - 500 Sherbourne - Vu - London On The Esplanade - Bay - Adelaide Centre Can anybody beat that? Last edited by Mollywood; September 20th, 2009 at 08:06 PM. |

Unfortunately. If I lean off my balcony in both directions (since I predominantly face water) I can count and name 21 developments. If you include stuff from the last couple of years, like RBC Centre, it is closer to 60.
Speaking of which, there is track bits at Fort York and Bathurst. Looks like the bridge work may start this year or is it just the track from Lake Shore to the bridge?

In Toronto I can see the cranes for Beyond the Sea peaking out... Once Nautilus starts getting taller I'll see that too.. So 2 for now.
In Madrid. Right now nothing, I'm looking at a busy square with Beaux Arts buildings surrounding it. |

Precisely 0. I'm in a valley so I don't see the construction going on at MCC.

From west to east, mostly..
- Random Etobicoke lakeshore projects - Liberty Village towers (multiple cranes, not sure of the exact names but I can see the whole area) - Bohemian Embassy (I think) - Parade - Luna Vista - Victory Condominiums - M5V Life - That highrise condo at Bathurst and St. Clair - The Avenue (I think, at Avenue and St. Clair) - Crystal Blu - Casa - Murano - Festival Tower - Ritz (as of a few days ago) - The very top corner of RBC Centre (about 15 square feet of the west side of the building) - Telus - MLS (both towers) - Success Tower (if it's still U/C) It's a good view (I'll post pictures sometime). Yeah, I'd like to see the skyline views from peoples homes, that would be cool. Here are a few from my apartment.
