Any idea on when the agreement has to be signed and returned, am based in the US so am having the docs mailed out to me?
Also at this point its either sign with what we are giving or take the money back loosing 1+ yr of interest... |

Latest Update
Latest update is that tower A,B and C have gone upto G+10 complete. The internal walls for G+8 are also done. Project is going at fast pace and work is on 24 x 7. The engineer estimates handover will be done by Apr, 2012

I dont really know  . I currently reside in the US, so most info I get are from the website and when someone updates info on the forum and from family when they visit. But I am hoping the infrastructure around the area is ready to use when phase 1 is complete later next year.

I hope infrastructure will be in place by end of phase 1. I heard they are going to dismantle their site office and construct retail zone there.

Bad news for Eden court investors.
It seems like TATA eden court is built on, has been allotted illegally as per 'Pratidin' news paper.  Here is the excerpt: TATA housing got 50 acres of land in Rajarhat at a nominal price to promote housing complex. This, as per 'Pratidin', is to make up the loss that TATA had incurred in Singur. Can anyone shed any light on this topic. I am eager to know more. I heard that TATA got land at a remote area and later they shifted to this CBD, by paying a premium. Now this 50 acre in question is in that remote area or where the actual construction is in? Current construction is on 8 acre, where is the rest of the 42 acres? Please enlighten us, if anyone has any clue |
