Best of luck with that. It's a nice design.

New cooperative appartment building for the elderly. It is not the most impressive proposal but I do like the concept behind it.

Nice! The one on the left sort of looks similar to the Hullmark Centre going up in North York, great, hefty podium. The one on the right looks very sharp as well.

We got news from today. This project will include 4 towers!
two 44-stories residential towers,
one 25 story residential tower (it will be 15 stories added to an already existing 10 story building)
and one 27 story office tower.

There will be 710 residential units, 500 000 square feet of office space.
Cadillac Fairview has already spent 150 millions $ in buying property, and sales for the condos could start in the fall, or early in 2012. the total project is worth 400 millions $.

That is fantastic! Thanks for the update! I know there may be a few other 40 story towers planed for Montreal but in the study stage. In a few years, we might be back in the game!

Well, this is only phase one of the project! They own more land around the Bell Centre. Phase 2 will be across the street on St-Antoine I think.... not sure.
But still, these two towers could be around 155-160 meters tall! Phase two might even be near the 200 meters, who knows!

Most of their high rise designs have been quite pedestrian.

With Cadillac Fairview you know you'll be getting a quality build. Congrats Montreal.

It looks like they're using the same company again for there renders.

This is in Toronto's warehouse and industrial lower eastside.

Wow! It's nice but I would have preferred if the windows were more orderly aligned like in a pre war warehouse building. The materials look to be high quality though and of course I love the bridge/green roof.

Okay, I've whittled down the Exhibit Brokers' Opening to these pics, most focusing on the model:

Roy Varacalli, architect of Exhibit and partner at Bazis, Barbara Lawlor, president of Baker Real Estate, and Michael Gold, president of Bazis

The Bloor Street frontage

Terraces where the cubes shift are quite large

A laneway will be maintained between Exhibit and MuseumHouse

The 9th storey rooftop garden sits above the integrated parking garage

The sales centre features touch screens which feature floor plans and full info about the project.

It was a big opening. Sales to the public still to come...

I'm lovin' it! Will be a nice foil to the ROM across the street. My god that strip has changed in the past decade.
