Uy, ginawa na nila yan sa Italy - it actually worked. Mas maganda siguro if they cut the number of buses on EDSA in half.

This is still case-to-case basis. Brasilia, Brazil is one, but not fully successful. Yung sa Putrajaya, Malaysia ay di ganun ka-successful, since most of the industries and financial institutions are still in KL. But I still like the idea of transferring it to Cebu or Davao.

Oooppsss... I'm now OT.

maganda tlga ang roxas. i wouldnt say nabayaan ang road (i dont know about the baywalk..). na mamaintain nila ang plants sa center island and the road quality is still one of the best in the whole capital.

i still remember the old days where there is a huge gap from the road and the center island along the whole stretch of roxas from end to end. buti nalang natabunan na ng bagong layer. if you are not careful you would certainly fall into it

Contrary to the popular opinion, majority of the Cebuanos dont agree about transferring the Capital to Cebu City.

atleast sa Makati safe ka naman at may disiplina specially when you're in Ayala.

nice sana kung may mga bars along roxas blvd., ng manalo si lim tinanggal ata nya, kay atienze kasi ang idea na yon, nakakadistratc daw sa paningin especially kung manood tayo ng the famous sunset, why not put up mobile bars na mag put up lang after 6 p.m. and then magfold up at around 5 a,m, the next day, di ba masarap magunnwind malapit sa dagat during nighttime sipping cold beer , makakarelax pa ang mga tao, makaadd pa sa income ng maynila, i sugest you yan kay mayor lim,

hindi naman nakakasagabal yung mga establishments dati sa view ng sunset. mas nadaragdagan pa nga ang appeal ng manila bay kasi parang festive ang environment. yung ibang mga tao na ang intensyon lang is to see the sunset ay naeengganyong mag-stay ng mas matagal kasi may iba pang attractions at activities sa paligid ng baywalk. panghalina din sya ng mga foreigners na mahilig sa night life at party. during the time of atienza ang daming foreigners sa baywalk - mga kano, europeans, koreans, chinese, etc. some tourists go where they think they could have lots of fun. others would go to places where they could appreciate the beauty of nature. 2 birds with 1 stone - beautiful sunset & lively night life. ano sa tingin nyo?
