No pictures are available yet, but on the Van Hool website there is this diagram:

and in this document from the AC Transit board you can see a few 'artist's impressions' of the new bus:

I believe that Volvo or Mercedes I can´t recall...already has one of this kind...not with that exterior design....but inside...the lower front, with a higher back....beeing the front reserved to people with wheelchairs, older people and pregnant women...

I think you're probably referring to a normal 'low entry' transit bus, with a low floor up to the second door, then a few steps up for the rest of the seats. Pretty much every manufacturer has these including Van Hool (the A360). This C3045 is different in that the back is actually that of a touring coach, not a transit bus.

A little update about Van Hool:

-the C3045 prototype left for the US a few weeks ago. Meanwhile a contract has been signed for 30 of these buses for AC Transit, and manufacturing of these has recently begun;
-Van Hool has won an order from Wallonian transit company TEC for 71 articulated buses (newAG300) and a small number (probably 22) newA360H low-entry buses;
-another order was recently announced, for 40 CNG-powered transit buses for Algeria.

The biggest news in those last four years is probably the introduction of the Excui.City BRT bus: articulated or double articulated low-floor bus with the look of a low-floor tram. Available as a diesel-electric hybrid, gas-electric hybrid, trolley or fuel cell hybrid.

So far, buses have been delivered to:
Parma, Italy:

Barcelona, Spain:

Metz, France (with special custom exterior design):

Sales Lentz, Luxembourg:

Geneva, Switzerland:

and Malmö, Sweden:

The type has also been ordered by Bergen, Norway and Martinique, French Antilles.

First time here, and I have tons of Van Hool buses from around here that I've taken over the years... these are from Downtown Oakland with AC Transit.

Oakland should be ashamed of those liveries.
