I'm truly sure. Please find in the following pic the whole Ak-Asya project with the Lake Tower on the right side. As you can see in the shape of the construction in the fotos above, the sites belong to the Lake Tower and not to one of the other towers.

Thank you Jacob... but i am very confused. Ak-Asya whit its three Parts is a huge Project... Is in this Area enough space for this Project... is it not possible that this is a other Ak-Asya Project...
i dont want to say that it is not Ak-Asya, as i said i am confused. Maybe Erhan can help me out... |

I think Jakob is right because the shape of the both constructions fit to the buildings in the rendering as well.

Pics are from Ümraniye,the area is just back of the Ümraniye carrefour but afaik Ak-asya will be in Acibadem which is between Kadiköy and Üsküdar municipalities.

Akasya is the projectname, on your pics the sigh shows the company akasya http://www.akasya.com.tr/ and as Jünyus said, the project is in acibadem not in umraniye.

The fotos in post #9 show the Ak-Asya Koru Tower and not the Ak-Asya lake tower. This is the actual stage of the construction:
