Some consider this as Art Deco:

Renovated Mossehaus by Erich Mendelsohn in Berlin (1921-1923).

I'm not sure because on the one hand it has some Art Deco, esp. Streamline Moderne, features, but on the other hand it's far too young and not related to the contemporary Art Deco.

What do you think?

It's definitely art-deco, although I think the top part was the only section pulled off well. The brownish and black parts aren't good.

Bogota is a paradise from Art Deco. There are a lot of buildings of this style, specially residential buildings in two districts: La Candelaria, the old part of the city, and Santa Fé, an urban development made between 1920-1960.
