Thanks for posting those Argentinian Art Deco buildings. The metal work, geometric, arabesques and vegetal forms are fantastic. It's also rare to see small scale art deco.

Here's Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum:

Headquarters of milk processing company "Pienocentras": Kaunas, Lithuania

"At the time of its completion, in 1934, a five storey structure stood out from the rest of the surrounding buildings
in terms of its height and its functional versatility. Under its roof this building housed all: administrative offices,
a shop of dairy products, a canteen, a hairdressing salon and some apartments. Along with the neighbouring
Palace of Advance (opened in 1934), ‘Pienocentras’ headquarter served as significant ‘foundation pillars’ in the
development of a vibrant pedestrian avenue now known as Laisvės alėja. In 1946 a considerable amount of
‘Pienocentras’ house was adopted for academic use of Kaunas University of Technology (former Kaunas Polytechnic
Institute). Up until today it is mainly managed by the university." - AUTC

Do you have a photo of the building that it's on the right of the photo? It's interesting too.

Fotget it, I found it. This is a thread about Architecture of Lithuania in 1918-1940. There are some late art deco buildings there:

The Jornal Building in the "Gaceta" Sao Paolo Brasil

It's little known, but during the last years of the streamline, emerged an obsession for long window ledges, I don't know if it happened in all the world, but at least it some countries. At the end the streamline features desapeared and the ledges remained, but the style with long ledges had a shorter life than the art deco.
