Acaicaca Building, Belo Horizonte, Brazil - 1943 (Luiz Pinto Coelho)
Building during de WWII, the basements was planned as a air-raid shelter, but never used as it.

Casa Ferran Guardiola, also known as Casa Xinesa (Chinese House), Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Built in 1929 and designed by Joan Guardiola Martínez, mixing Art Déco and Catalan Modernisme with influences of Sezession and orientalisms.

Forum Cinema in Bergen, Norway. It was designed by Ole Landmark in 1936 but it was not completed until after the war in 1946. The cinema went out of business in 2005 and the building was then left to languish. I believe there is currently a project to revitalize the building.
