This may be my favourite project of the recent boom. Part of that may be the car-free part, but part is also the location, and the way its wedged in between the other buildings. Looks very sleek.

The north side cladding is very attractive. Why can't more of our buildings look like that?

I didn't really care for this project at first but its turning out to be much better than I expected. Not really extraordinary but very smart and sleek nonetheless.

Yeah, it's quite striking. Much better than a blank precast wall.

A decent tower. It's just amazing how many highrises are being developed here.

In many respects Toronto is just catching up to where it should be. The city passed Montreal as our alpha city around 1978, but building it up to reflect its position within Canada was never going to happen over night.

Toronto is still a work in progress, but it's finally starting to come together.

because most buildings like to actually have windows.

You realize that you can have glass that looks like that? You can also have a building that isn't all glass. Now there's a novel idea for Toronto.

Thanks for the update! Facade looks just fine. Not spectacular but good enough for a tower like this.

Nice tower, I like the black/grey clad.
But what the heck is this ugly house looking thing at the base? Please, tear it off.
