I walked by this place last week -- the recladding enclosure has finally "landed" on the top of the lobby setback (podium). I imagine they'll start dismantling it shortly, and are using traditional scaffolding from the street to finish off the remainder of the bottom parts.

I'm not sure if they met any LEEDS requirements in order to get a badge, but I'm sure it's a bit better. The windows are still the same that being said. Across the street the TD Towers are current under reno to receive a LEEDS: Gold certification.

I agree that the podium looks rather tacky now while the tower is much better than before.
