have you seen it up close? Its digustingly dirty, like a stained white carpet or dirty white socks, it needs a new fresh look, cant wait to see it!

Well it's certainly a welcome change. The aging marble paneling is an embarrassment for Toronto's tallest office building. On the other hand, I was hoping for something a little bolder and more interesting, while this is still pretty conservative. Toronto needs another icon in it's skyline.

At first I was opposed to the idea but that render just won me over ...and is that darker (black) cladding going down the corners of the building? That would be an interesting design element
