These nice set of twins are currently in the proposal stage. It's future site is currently a parking lot.

I like the design of the two towers. even though they look a LOT like the Pacific Plaza twins. and they've got a great location that will be pretty well developed by the time the towers are completed.

so far nothing's been happening. is the pre-selling over? i guess 2007 and 2008 are still faraway...

yeah it looks like the pacific plaza but not as nice as pacific plaza

hmmm...for me it looks nothing like the Pacific Towers But they are also very very nice, not far from Pacific Towers' beauty.
I doubt pre-selling is over, we still have to wait for a long time for these twins.

how tall do you think it will be? 40 storeys, but could it have a small height-per-floor ratio?

i think its height-per-floor ratio is taller than the usual megaworld building.

i think the round helipad on the buildings reminded me of pacific plaza towers

this saves the cluster of high rises in eastwood. it's only cool because it is the least boxy building in the area. if i place one in makati and the other in ortigas, neither would be noticed. it's too damn predictable. it plays safe. there's nothing special in it. nothing to love or hate about. oh, there are some things to hate: those bold stripes. reminds me of a very tall new scraper in ortigas. and the staircase-like shape of the top . c'mon. they can do better than that.

here's some new updates, from an inquirer newspaper. one building is now going up, named like One Central Park, or something around that. doesnt look too curvy. but i like it.

actually, there's now four buildings with a similar facade. should be interesting, im not sure whether itll look nice
