Thank you very much 'Insertnamehere'! I wish Durham Region would have some innovated thinkers , there's so much potential everywhere I look and yet nothing is done or even thought of, it's just new plan of subdivision and new big box retail plazas. I guess it's up to us (the new generation) to think of innovated ways that can be lucrative, practical and still provide amazing designs and concepts. I have faith one day it could be something, just have to get to the right people and give it time. By the way where would this thread be you were talking about? |

Really nice designs, i especially like the fact that all of them are simple, yet so elegant, clear and bright. Keep it up.
What's your rendering engine? |

Thank you! I use Kerkythea and I sometimes edit it in Photoshop to provide additional affects. I recently started using photoshop because it helps save time on renderings (not having to add trees and vegetation in Kerkythea models).

Hey everyone, I have a new infill development it takes place in Oshawa just outside downtown on a quiet street called Dearborn Ave. This project takes the form of 3, three storey dwellings constructed on smaller lots.

I like them, my only concern would be the juxtaposition of the original gable fronted houses. I wonder if you shouldn't change them to gable fronted as well so the profiles match, but keep your contemporary facade - could look interesting.

Thanks pingyao. I realize how the different gable ends side by side may impose some issues, however, I would provide saddle roofs on the house in the centre, which I did not show. As for changing to a fronted gable, I'm not a huge fan of that style, unless there is a livable attic space, but then again you lose lots of head room in those situations. I do agree it would make an interesting design concept. Thanks for your comments! |

Hey everyone, I've been away for quite some time now, however I have managed to put together a design for townhouses in Pickering, ON.
Here is a rendering of the townhouses fronting onto Whites Road. I want to use a more simple and clean approach, let me know your design comments. Thanks, Jeremy |

This is a new project I'm working on. This is the overall master plan of the community. It will consist of mid-rise apartments and townhouses located at the corner of Liverpool Road and Kingston Road in Downtown Pickering across the street from the Pickering Town Centre Mall.

I've put off the Pickering Development aside for now, however here is a project I've been working on in Oshawa. It takes place in Midtown Oshawa at the corner of Rossland Road and Simcoe Street within the O'Neil neighbourhood. It's a 7 storey mixed used development.

I've been taking a little break from the mid-rise developments and started working on a few luxury houses. Here is a house I recently finished, it's a parcel of land severed into two lots and I'm proposing 2 luxury homes. Here is the first one being a 2 storey design. The second house is to be a bungalow with a loft (yet to be rendered).
