Thanks for your comments guys, I really appreciate it.
Here is another rendering of a project I started today. It's a small infill apartment building with an estimated 12 units being blended into the present urban fabric.

That's my favourite one of your design concepts in a long time! Cute design, nice and simple and contemporary.

Hello everyone! I've hadn't had any free time in the longest time, but since I finally I had one day I've put together a townhouse project in Oshawa at the corner of Bond Street and Road in Oshawa.
This project will be in two phases. Phase one will consist of 18 townhouses and phase 2 will have a mixed use multi unit apartment. Here is an overall view of the site (in AutoCAD). Here are two renderings of the proposed townhouses. Hey everyone, I've been away for quite some time now, but here are some postings of a new residential project I've been working on in Whitby, Ontario, on the east side of downtown. This development consists of a 5 storey condominium apartment building and one block of 3 storey townhouses. Let me know what you think, thanks!

Thank you earthbuilder.
Here is another site I'm recently finished. It comprises of 3 houses with the garages located on the laneway. I'm trying a newer style, let me know what you think. Thanks!

just stunning, especially the very left house looks amazing ![]() though i think you added waay too much green in this image, the buildings are more town-ish and should be put into an urban context IMO

Hey everyone, this is my newest residential apartment development located in downtown Oshawa. It spans over on city block and will contain an estimated 400 units. The large building is broken up to look like smaller individual buildings with different brick colours.
Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Excellent designs, this is the first time I have visited this thread and I am very impressed!
Just out of interest are you from Durham UK or Durham US? (though judging by your designs you are probably American!)

Last design looks superb, I could imagine this being built and working well in an urban setting

I was playing around with different ways to render and the one method I used in this shot was using Google Sketch Up exports. One export only had the materials, no lines and shadows, the other export had no materials and only lines. I also did a quick rendering in kerkythea and placed them altogether in Photoshop.

Thank you very much for your comment. I am from Durham Region, it's in Canada on the east side of Toronto. Canada and the States have very similar architectural influences. However, I do like the modern British architecture and I do base some ideas from it.

Hey everyone,
This is my latest project I've been working on. I haven't a name for the site, but it's an infill development in Oshawa that will consist of single detached, semi detached, triplexes and fourplexes. The site will eventually also have a mixed-use apartment. Here are a few renderings of the proposed subdivision, the housing will have the garages at the rear accessed through a lane. Let me know what you think.
