MASSIVE! And its better than its neighbor, Excelsior (i got confused between the two of them before). This will be one of the tallest in Eastwood, am i correct?

Is this really u/c? I thought it was One Orchard Road that was.

Did I mention before that pseudo-Roman pediments on buildings that are not neoclassical are a big no-no for me? Palazzo=GUILTY.

nice try. i'm not impressd. the description is shitty. i don't find anything european in this building aside from its italian name. it isnt elegant at all. in fact it sucks big time. i hope nobody buys a unit here and they will demolish everything that's already been built.

heh...well some people will like it, others wont. Plus, people might get it for its location. Its nice to have a mix of different types of architecture. Maybe also a mix of nice looking scrapers and ugly ones is good. (but nice should outweigh the ugly, of course!)

well Eastwood is a Megaworld project, and Megaworld isn't really renowned for it's aesthetics.

-yea. maybe

"Its nice to have a mix of different types of architecture."
-kung isang gallery ang eastwood, lahat ng nakahang na paintings puro drawing ng isang box. iba iba lang media-may charcoal, may ballpen, may oil pastel, may water color, may digital etc.

At least it would be a better box than Excelsior.
And construction could be a little faster because they're already past the podium level.

Another picture.

And the progress report - as of September 2, 2004

Item - % of Completion - Remarks

Excavation Works - 100.00% - completed

Structural Works - 60.00% - on schedule

Plumbing Works - 12.15% - on schedule
