NEW YORK | 400 Park Avenue South | 144m | 40 fl | Prep

At a presentation in New York on 28 Sep. 2009, the architect, Christian de Portzamparc, stated that this project will commence construction in 2010. It is one of several of his towers that is about to begin construction in NY.

It's a beauty. It's one of several by de Portzamparc that is about to commence construction.

It looks quite elegant.
I hope they use a different kind of cladding for the "crystal part" and another one for the boxy one.It would look amazing this way.

Thank God they got rid of that terrible looking greenish color. This tower has a lot of potential to come out beautifully. It sorta reminds me of the Bank of America tower.

Great project, it looks a bit like the coolsingel tower in Rotterdam http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=585096
