No its not dead i passed yesterday on my way 2 Marina Mall they already Placed 2 Tower Cranes

4 Tower Cranes installed: 3 inside tower, 1 will stay on ground floor outside the tower. Cores are reaching ground floor... In a couple of months you will see the tower coming up!

I will try to post some pics soon...
Today the lifting of the climbing formwork started to come above ground level!
You will see the cores soon coming above the fence when you drive to Marina Mall.

The building is going up nicely. I'd say that are at the 34th floor as they conveniently number them on all sides. It doesn't look much different then the above shots - only taller. Although here's a new project board that has gone up in the last few days for the construction of an underground car park, and if they fill this building they'll need it!

The Hilton hotel looks so out of place in that area (from the sky)!!

Someone should build a tower right behind the hilton in place of that parking lot, it would be a great place for a filler.
