MJC offers ‘Skyvilla’ Block B
Posted on January 26, 2012, Thursday

STYLISH LIVING: Photo illustrates cosy and comfortable sitting and dining areas in Skyvilla condominium.

KUCHING: MJC City Development (MJC) is offering its ‘Skyvilla’ Block B known as ‘Zara’ after Block A was fully sold out.

According to a press release, home buyers could view the Skyvilla during Chinese New Year and should consider this as an ideal opportunity to make a good investment.

The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda) in early January pointed out that property prices were escalating and expected to increase from eight per cent to 15 per cent due to rising cost of raw materials.

The Upper Sanctuary of Batu Kawah New Township had recorded 76 per cent appreciation or 25 per cent per annum after its completion.

Skyvilla was another residential address developed by MJC which came with 16 to 17 storey condominiums.

This condominium had turned from concept to reality where Phase 1 of Skyvilla would be completed soon with 24-hour manned guard house, two-storey residents’ clubhouse, swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and many others amenities.

The developer was emphasising on healthy environmental living by combining ecological concepts to blend in with mother nature which has already attracted many purchasers.

For more information, visit the MJC City sales office and view the impressive Skyvilla show house. The sales office would be open as usual from the third day of Chinese New Year; January 25 from 8.30am to 5.30pm and January 28 from 8.30am to 1.00pm.

Optionally, call the property sales consultants 017-8990046 (Kiew), 016-5777817 (Joan), 012-4604960 (Chai), 010-9772977 (Jae) and 014-8940698 (Derrick). For outstation enquiries, email to mjc@mudajaya.com or skyvilla@mudajaya.com or visit its Facebook page.

Jazz Suites by Coramax receives strong response
Posted on January 21, 2012, Saturday

OVERWHELMING RESPONSE: Photo illustrates the proposed commercial complex at Jalan Wan Alwi, Kuching. Coramax’s pre-launch sale of the Jazz Suites has received strong response.

KUCHING: Coramax Sdn Bhd’s (Coramax) pre-launch sale of the ‘Jazz Suites’ along Jalan Wan Alwi, Kuching has met with good response with more than 100 units reserved by purchasers within two months.

According to a press release, the Jazz Suites consisted of six 12-storey tower blocks with 672 units of condominium suites equipped with the state of the art facilities, including two swimming pools, gymnasium, steam rooms, lounge, reading room, jogging track and many others.

Residents of the Jazz Suites would be able to shop and be entertained at the commercial centre beneath it, the ‘ViVaCiTy’ of which the details had yet to be unveiled by Coramax.

Along with the approval of the project, Coramax would be given a task of upgrading the roads which would include the creation of a round-about along Jalan Wan Alwi to facilitate movement of residents from Tabuan Jaya.
It would enable users to make a turn back to Tabuan Jaya without queuing at the Simpang Tiga round-about.

Another exit for Jalan Wan Alwi would also be created through to Jalan Tun Razak with the completion of Soho 188 project, which was expected to be completed by mid year.

For those who are interested in Jazz Suites, contact Coramax’s sale representatives; Ricky Poh (016-8074724), Alan Chan (016-8084000), Jelia Sim (012-8832899), Robin Chong (016-8680828), Tomas See (016-8654448) and Francis Chang (016-8941661) or visit its website at www.coramax.com.my.

The main reason for the river to be polluted is because of Kampung Tabuan. Especially those houses in the river bank. Malu jak.

i guess the project will help to turn sungai tabuan into a great landscape..a luxury condominium must come with better environment..the developer knows better..btw, 100 units sold within 2 months, means they only need 1year to finish all 600+ units..good news..now the project can take off..
