your pictures are what I wanted to see

if I'm not mistaken there are 2 cranes on the left side of Ham Nghi street opposite from the Fideco currently underconstruction.....right?

so in total there should be 5 buildings on Ham Nghi in the future including the finnancial and that one near the flag tower.

too bad they took out the pinacle on top of the petro building

ey the HTV building.....don't tell me they use the sidewalk outside the building as the parking lot......it's bad enough a tall tower like that has to put up fences.

This needs to change in saigon building code.......NO Fences around big tall buildings.........you keep people and the public away and wasting public space and social gathering......and incase of emergency like fire.......no one can get in to save you.

another stupid thing that needs to change is the sidewalk porch.........the best example is the Tax plaza.....it's very good for the public. The French introduced that to VN architecture to deal with the local climate: harsh heat and rain.

but you know Diamond Plaza is very smart....the building has no shade outside for you to avoid the rain and heat......so when you;re around there 100% of the time you have to walk inside the shop............with Tax Plaza....people can stand outside to avoid the rain and heat and have no need to walk inside

just some simple psychology and business senses

I don't think it's a coffee shop, it's just a decoration on a wall. You go up Pasteur all the way to the end, then make a right at the T and it's right there.
