STR Sears Tower Help Needed

Hey guys, I started to finally assemble some of my buildings after
printing them out last year.

I had some good results so far with STR's original designs but ran into
a snag on 40 wall street, I took a break from it to try the Sears Tower
figuring it was all "boxes" it would go a little easier.

My problem is with the Main top center section of the tower "the roof Top"
I was very careful to score & bend right on his lines but I can not
get the centerpart of the roof top to be "square" to the base, I also
cannot get the "sides" of the top to match up with out some gaps,

Anyone else have trouble like this? I rechecked the printing scale,
and tried thinner card stock, I might have to "cover up" the gaps
with some strips of printed paper.

Am I being too picky about the finished result? How do your guys
models look when done? any gaps or slightly misaligned parts?

I'm a perfectionist so this is driving me crazy.
I wish Nightfly would publish some more designs, I like the
large scale he works in much better.

Thanks for any ideas on how to fix it or when to say it's "good enugh"

Before you print it make sure that the main rectangular part is the same size as the upper part of the building. That's why the squares are there.
