Here's the latest on the this project, taken from my Galleria Regency condominium this afternoon:

I counted the floors and if you got a unit on the 26th to the 39th floor facing the old Philcomcen Building, your unit won't be obstructed by the building, but of course, there's still the old tower. But it looks like they will be taking out the tower there.

I noticed also that there's work going on at the top of Philcomcen. Looks like they have started the works on this structure for the One ADB Project, which will be built on this portion of the lot along Sapphire. See this:

Uy malapit na matapos talaga itong Corinthian Executive Regency!

Just a thought, what do you think of the bathroom tile, medyo off ata yung orange sa color scheme. Sayang naman ang ganda ng cabinets pa naman and overall floor tiles, classy na sana.

Just thought I'd share a 1973 photo of the Ortigas Center from EDSA where you can only see the Meralco Building, Philcomcen (now One ADB) and the Ortigas Building:

Now, from where the photo was taken, you cannot see these anymore because of Robinsons Galleria mall and their Regency Condominium.

Imagine, after more than 30 years, the Corinthian Executive Regency, so as the other skyscrapers, have risen and will continually rise! Wow!

hey, wow! this is great hehe!

in addition, check out the wires - there are only 2!! what a contrast to the speghetti of wires everywhere in the metro these days

I passed by this morning, and I saw the top portion of the radio tower on top of the old Philcomcen was already dismantled. They're really bringing the tower down and starting the preliminary works on One ADB Center.

That's good news for folks who invested on Corinthian Executive Regency, especially on the floors that are obstructed by this tower. I'll see if I could get a picture of the dismantling soon...

The good news is that they're taking the communications tower down...

Tha bad news, they're most likely doing so because they're resuming works for the 41-storey One ADB Avenue Center which will block a lot of CER's views.

From what I was told, they (One ADB) will build the new structure on the (almost) vacant lot along Sapphire cor ADB avenue. As for the old Philcomcen building, they will not top this off anymore but will just be connected to the new One ADB structure. Therefore, it will be higher on the Sapphire side.
