Thanks for the picture Kiben. Bakit kaya sila nagmamadali? June 2008 pa naman ang turn-over. Sana maganda lumabas nag finishing sa loob. Does anyone have pictures of the model units or any other hint of what the reception and amenities will be like?

Oddvertising,
Probably they estimated that the building will cost cheaper to finish sooner than later (even with OT cost) since price/cost of materials are escalating quite quickly worldwide. Better for them to keep the profits forecasted than lose a portion of it to pay for the price differential. Kasi developers can't always pass costing increases to the buyers via its selling price due to the competitive nature of the market. My opinion/haka-haka lang naman.

completion

Actually, part of Cityland's policy is finishing a project at least 6 months in advance because this adds "plus points" to their reputation as developers.

Seldom will you find the new Cityland projects to finish on time.

Cityland Makati Exec Tower 1 was finished 6 months ahead of time.

I believe Vito Cruz Tower 2 was finished 1 year ahead...

I really like to pagmasdan this building, ang bilis nilang gumawa, the crane is always moving, at pataas ng pataas.

Hi Nllave,
I do not have a picture of CER's bathroom but, I got a sample pix from their Vito Cruz Tower condo proj.

and another picture of the bathroom from their Mkti Exec Tower condo proj . . I guess the basic bathroom fixtures are in-place but, you will have to
put the add-ons to make it look nicer

Thank you very much SQ.

It looks good. I like the tiled floors better than the parquet floors they have for their old units. The people from cityland said the 3 bedroom finishing is much better than their 1 bedroom model unit. The 2 and 3 bedroom units would have provision for a fitted range hood and a much bigger kitchen area. It's amazing how much they have fitted in a 30 sqm 1 bedroom unit.

Hi SQ or anybody who's kind enough to satisfy the curiosity of future owners.

May pictures ka ba ng swimming pool area at other amenities? Do you think it will look the same as The Makati executive or Manila executive Regency? They mentioned that it will have a jogging path in the rooftop how will it look like?

Hi Oddvertising . . sorry I dont have a pix of the pool. But, I guess it will look similar to the rest of the outdoor type cityland-built pool. I was told that it will have a small jacuzzi and the depth will be 4 feet. From the floor plan, there will be one 3br unit on the roof deck which is 100+ sqm, a children's playground and a multi-function room. I guess the jogging path will be along the perimeter of the rooftop . . I also bought a unit at CER

I was in the area yesterday, and they're now at the 33rd floor. Construction is indeed ahead of schedule.

Thank you SQ for the information.

I am so happy that there are more CER owners who are posting on this thread. In the future we can all share our concerns and advice regarding CER.
