Why? It still doesn't beat Atlanta.

It's a hard call, it would definitely be between Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and Miami. All four are also constantly changing so I'd be hard pressed to say any will take the lead in terms of size. Personally I like the architecture in Atlanta's skyline more out of the three, but thats just my opinion. Austin's transformation is amazing, if you left the city in 2004 and came back today you wouldn't recognize it.
I think a better form topic would be outside of these cities, which southern city has the best skyline? Last edited by card04; May 30th, 2010 at 08:18 PM. |

There is no doubt that Atlanta skyline at night and buildings are superior....the crowns on top of those buildings help a lot too....so New York City like. I just don't undersatnd why Miami does not get crowns on their buildings...Malasia does and they do get hurricanes (Typhons) so it has nothing to do with the location and the weather...

Very shocking how low Houston is in the polls. Atlanta's skylines are very small compared to Houston's..

Okay, then provide us with some pictures that show how well Houston lights up at night being this is the best NIGHT skyline thread and not the who has the biggest skyline thread.

OKAY, this is my NIGHT time city skyline comparison, not largest, not best, just night time only:
1 Atlanta 2 Miami (nearly tied with Atlanta) 3 Dallas 4 Houston 5 Charlotte (made good progress in recent years) |
