Spent the last 2 hours going through and updating this, including many dead links. Time for a break from SSC, I think...

From that very well documented list, I count 26 towers under construction/planning permission/proposed in the Isle of Dogs over 100 metres in height beside all those rising to slightly less than that, it already is a great cluster and will become one hell of a skyline- it is incredible that One Canada Square stood alone at the beginning of the decade.

To annoy you a little further and make a suggestion to eat up a bit more of your time, could you by any chance update the super-render of 2007 so it gives us more of a vision of what to expect now that certain projects have been cancelled?
![]() Also, how reliable is it that the Pride may be starting in 2010? Thanks again for the updates and effort

Thanks for your comments guys.
![]() I've also had a suggestion by PM, that I should break up the smaller projects into geographical areas. Given how long this list is becoming I think I will do this. Quote:

Not very. The developers initially said they wanted it complete by 2012, but the way things are going that seems unlikely.

Thanks. Sounds quite sad actually, but we have got so used to not having a 122L in the proposed skyline that it would be a bonus if it does get built

At 14 floors - it's on the low end of the scale but a mention might go to Hamilton's New Fetter Lane proposal;

Nice work as always Will, I always enjoy looking through the first page of a new London - FSoP thread, reminds me of the great things the city is getting, or still has in the pipeline, and also revives my dwindling hope in modern day architecture (although highrises have never been an issue for me really).
What on earth is going on with St George's Wharf? It seems to have been around forever, with a pretty empty site, every year there's speculation and yet it still hasn't moved any further...

How's this for a sign of the times? Two new buildings proposed for the same road - Rushey Green - down in Lewisham. Both pleasant enough new builds - but both replacing pubs. The George Pub at number 1 Rushey Green and The Rising Sun Pub at number 88 are both up for demolition.
No 1. ![]() No 88.

Following on from the good news about Loampit Vale in Lewisham getting the green-light another massive redevelopment in the area, of the Heathside and Lethbridge Estates is being proposed by PRP Architects. http://acolnet.lewisham.gov.uk/LEWIS...ystemkey=57902
Covering two adjoining dilapidated post-war estates the proposals are for 9 blocks, to be built in 6 phases ranging from 3 - 17 floors in height. The site is roughly bounded by Lewisham Road and Blackheath Hill. The current buildings; ![]() The masterplan; ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
