but 10 levels for a mall is too much, i have only been to one 10+ level mall (berjaya times square in Kuala Lumpur) and its only "alive" sa lower floors..kapoy baya saka saka ana, thats why most malls are 4-5 levels max and usually mingaw na sa top floors..10 floors is too much imo esp for a general market mall...lalangawin lang ang upper floors.

Hahahaha...Just fishing for replies mga bro....Nice, nice, nice opinions...Been to Gaisano South Citimall this morning, and true, at level 6, if n ot for the food court and children playroom, gilangaw na. (although it is). And for Shoppers' Mall, let's make it more realistic: what about a doubled Victoria Plaza & Adjoining Durian Hotel?

the problem with victoria plaza is that the hallways are too regular and it could get boring if di malapad ang mall
isa pa, with straight corridors medyo mahahalata ang kaliitan ng mall, maybe if mas "organic" /irregular ang layout then ok sya

Very good jud ka waway dah, very resourceful... Ingnon nalang nato nga if the Huylian Dev't Corp would like to put up a shopping mall with adjoining condotel, they have to consider that: they are actually going to put up a "tampines" +"GOH". tama ba ako?

Guys i saw a new entrance gate for the construction site on Climaco Ave.

Thus this mean something? Are they resuming work?
