Mikheil Saakashvili and Gigi Ugulava Test Newly Built Highway by ‘Formula 3’ Vehicles

President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili and Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava tested the newly built highway linking Vake-Saburtalo by ‘formula 3’ vehicles.
Mikheil Saakashvili says that the newly built technique will alleviate traffic movement. ‘It is better quality road than it is in Gori. Formula 3 is a very sensitive car and reacts to the very small obstacles, though we have got over the road almost without any obstacles,’ Saakashvili noted.
Saakashvili says that number of vehicles has doubled in Tbilisi and the government must take relevant measures.
