Looks like a child put this together with the slums in full view. I'm not sure how reliable the height is as it looks much shorter.

Hm.. The tower looks small, but if you compare it to the other towers in the rendering it seems to be a supertall. Although I think this tower is way out of proportions. It's way too huge (fat) to look like a real supertall. I agree with the others about the cladding. The architect could've done something more creative with this.

This is one of the most beautiful supertalls ever designed. It will go down in history as the pioneer of a whole new movement in architecture.
