PR at 305 m.
The 73rd floor is at 292.80 m above GL (ground level).
The 12m steel columns are for the 74th and 75th floor; so we get 305 m presently.
Above that it's expected there'll be the 20m crown.

I have a feeling that this is going to be a stunner once the cladding is completed. Also, just noticed how puny victoria looks compared to PR despite being 54 floors tall.
