Based on the core height, PR became a super-tall in March 2013.

The photos from October 2013 show that the roof of the 75th floor is constructed.

Based on completed roof height of the 75th floor at 301 m, PR became a super-tall in October 2013.

Therefore, there has been slow but continuous progress.

The steel elements at the two sides above the roof are for the two Lift Machine Rooms that are U/C along with the external cladding and internal work.

The most recent photo I have is from March; we can see the additional work done on the exterior of the upper quarter of the tower as well:-

This one is stuck because BMC issued a 'STOP WORK' notice to the developers about two/three years ago and currently there is a court case going on..

yes, it's a pity! Especially the stop for India tower is very sad. It would've been one of the best towers ever.

Geez... A half finished building does no one any good. India needs its priorities straight.

Had no idea this was on hold. Thought it was just slow.

Especially if its India's first supertall thats structurally complete but stands as an empty shell in the most prominent location in the city?

India is like Europe when it comes to tall buildings. Majority of the population hates tall buildings.

In this case, the issue doesn't seem to be money; archaic FSI regulations were apparently violated above the 56th floor, such as the amount of covered refuge area, construction of bathrooms above the kitchen areas in duplexes etc.
A non-Governmental group called Janhit Manch filed a PIL (public interest litigation) against the project and the case is being fought in the courts.

I wonder how many such cases do we have anywhere in the world's history where a tower has been placed on hold after it surpassed 300 m height?!!
