Looks nice. There's been so many nice proposals for down there. Naturally, all are refused or never come to fruition...

Is'nt Treasury Holdings planning a Zaha Hadid designed tower right beside that site?

I've noticed, which is a shame. Dublin needs some striking tall buildings.

I think it looks great, though could be a little taller, from some angles it looks kinda stumpy

Dublin needs a good kick up the arse, and not just in relation to its policy on tall buildings.

Yeah, I think so. There's also that Block G proposed for down there!

Stunning, they should swap the liberty hall site with something down here, give the city a bit of cohesion.

This looks like block g site, no?

Aye I see now. That is also a TH scheme - they must own the whole quay. If this is the Block G site it's a big increase in height - Block G was to be 90m. This proposal says 130m. Which is actually higher then the planned tower next door.
