they were already working on floors 8 (first level of condo units), 9 and 10 last month...probably on floor 11 + now

I really really like the design of this building. I just wish it was in a better location (ie. closer to a BTS or MTR station).

its only 340 meters away from the steps of the BTS station station...just cross Silom and you are there....

Would you guys recommend Q langsuan too? My friend has a unit and took me there a few days ago, it looks really good with great facilities

god, do u do any cardio?! you have to be kiddin' me...even my grandma likes to walk and climb stairs for cardio workout...you need to walk farther than that just to walk yr pet

Yes I do walk a lot.
I have to walk my dog 3X/day!
But not in BKK's kind of heat & humidity - which really zaps the energy out of me.
I got spoiled by living in the Bay Area for too long. Although HK is hot and humid in the summer (very comparable to BKK), but it is only 4-5 months out of the year.

Bangkok is indeed one of the hottest cities in the world. But still, 350m is practically nothing. Just a 3-4 minute stroll down the street. I personally wouldn't live in Bangkok if I couldn't even handle being outside for less than 5 minutes.
